TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. You have already read the WinPATS F.A.Q section (see above) and it did not address your need.
2. To obtain Support for WinPATS on the basis on Extended Support, enter the Serial Number of your WinPATS, provided at time of purchase, or you will forfeit the benefits of Extended Support for this Case.
3. All support deemed general Computer Support and not related specifically to WinPATS may not be addressed by Wavecom.
4. If you require general help with WinPATS (that is not problem related) Wavecom will advise you of an Extended Support plan that is suitable to your needs.
5. Wavecom will provide a Case Number to follow up this lodgement.
6. Without a WinPATS Serial Number (to indentify WinPATS Extended Support) or a Case Number, Wavecom may not provide telephone support. After you receive a Case Number by Email, please quote it if you call.
7. WinPATS Extended Support is subject to expiration based on Terms and Conditions at the time of purchase.
